Nigeria’s U-20 women national team are expected to resume camping on Saturday, as they begin preparations for their 2016 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup third round qualifier against Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Falconet’s Head Coach, Peter Dedevbo, has invited 30 players, who must all report at the Serob Legacy Hotel in Abuja by August 22.
Nigeria overran Liberia 14-1 on aggregate in the previous round, while the Democratic Republic of Congo saw off Namibia 5-0 on aggregate.
The winner of the tie will meet the winner between Zambia and South Africa, for one of Africa’s two slots at the World Cup in Papua New Guinea.
The tournament is scheduled to run from October 28 to November 16.
