Arsenal manager, Unai Emery has confirmed that Mesut Ozil, Hector Bellerin, Nacho Monreal, Shkodran Mustafi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will miss his side’s FA Cup third round clash with Blackpool on Saturday evening.
According to Emery, Ozil, Bellerin, Monreal, Shkodran Mustafi and Mkhitaryan remain serious doubts for the Blackpool clash because they all missed training on Friday morning due to injuries.
“This morning Dinos Mavropanos started to train after I think five months. That’s good news,” Emery was quoted by Metro UK as saying on Friday.
“Emile Smith Rowe trained with us this morning.
“Continuing with his injury and not OK to train with us is Mustafi, he has to recover from his small injury and continue working alone.
“Bellerin and Nacho Monreal, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and also Mesut didn’t train this morning. They remain serious doubts for Blackpool clash.
“Tomorrow is the last day, we are going to wait for tomorrow, for how we can be for Saturday.”
Arsenal head to the game following a 4-1 victory over Fulham on Tuesday in the Premier League encounter.
