Explosions reported at MRS Depot in Tin Can Island Port, Lagos

According to information reaching us, there has been an explosion around the Tin Can area of Lagos.

Our source reported thus: “Explosion at MRS depot Tin Can, vibrations felt as far at Wharf Apapa and Wilmer in Olodi Apapa.”

UPDATE: NEMA officials have confirmed that a ship caught fire after exploding at the Tin Can Island Port in Apapa area of Lagos.
