Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has singled out 19-year-old left-back, Brandon Williams for praise following the Red Devils’ UEFA Europa League goalless draw with AZ Alkmaar on Thursday.
Solskjaer said he was pleased with Williams’s display after he made his debut for Man United against AZ Alkmaar.
“Today I’m pleased with the boys,” Solskjaer told reporters after the match. “The debut of Brandon, fantastic.
“You can’t see any nerves. He’s so brave, courage to take the ball, go forward, great defending. Very pleased – big, big plus today.”
Man United will now take on Newcastle United in the Premier League this weekend.
