Former Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has reacted to the Gunners’ UEFA Europa League quarter-finals draw with Napoli.
DAILY POST recalls that Arsenal were drawn against Napoli when the draw for quarter-finals took place in Nyon on Friday.
Wenger said Napoli will face a difficult test against Unai Emery’s men when the two teams meet in the quarter-finals of the Europa League next month.
The Frenchman also said that he will support Arsenal when the two sides meet in April.
When asked about his thoughts on Arsenal’s clash with Napoli, Wenger told Il Mattino: “I will be an Arsenal fan on the night of game against Napoli, just as I have been during all their matches this season.
“Emery doesn’t need any advice from me. I am a huge fan of Carlo Ancelotti, he’s one of the greatest technicians of all time, a true master in the way he works with his teams.
“But Arsenal are a great team and for Napoli it will be a very difficult task to knock them out.”
