Cristiano Ronaldo outshone his Real Madrid team-mate, Gareth Bale, as Portugal beat Wales 2-0 in their semi-final fixture on Wednesday night.
Ronaldo opened the scoring in the second half with a fantastic header, but his scruffed effort was turned in by Nani.
Both goals came in the space of three minutes and killed off Wales’ resistance.
Portugal will now face either hosts France or Germany, who play each other in the second semi-final match on Thursday.
