Eulogies pour in as Sheila Solarin is buried

Sheila Solarin, wife of late discplinarian and educationist, Tai Solarin, was on Friday buried beside the resting place of her husband at Ikene town in Ogun State.

The burial service, attended by Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, friends and relatives of the Solarins, was held at the Mayflower School Compound.

The ceremony turned out to be a re-union for former students of the school who turned out en masse. They were all uniformly dressed.

The eldest child, Corin Solarin, on behalf of the family thanked the guests for showing their last respect to her mother. She then informed the guests that the interment was to be held private.

Sheila, 88, passed on at the Babcock University Teaching Hospital, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State.on Sunday October 21, 2012.
