Nigeria’s top scorer at the 2016 Olympic Games, Oghenekaro Etebo, is still a doubt for their Wednesday’s semi-final clash against Germany.
The Feirense of Portugal forward, was subbed off in the last Group B match against Colombia and missed the 2-0 win over Denmark in the quarter-final.
Etebo, who has four goals in the competition, now faces a race against time to be fit for the Germany game.
“On Etebo’s injury situation, the medics will come out with a decision on that later, it might be late though, for now it’s 50/50,” spokesman of the team, Timi Ebikagboro, tweeted.
