Arsenal playmaker, Mesut Ozil, has reacted to his side’s 1-0 victory over Watford on Monday night in the Premier League.
A first-half goal from Gabonese striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, gave Arsenal all three points against the hosts at Vicarage Road Stadium.
Ozil, who came on for Lucas Torreira in the second half of the match, said it does not matter how Unai Emery’s men got the three points against Watford.
The victory over Watford took Arsenal up to the fourth position on the Premier League table with 66 points, two more than Chelsea.
Reacting, Ozil wrote on Twitter: “Doesn’t matter how you do it – 3 big away points are ours! Onto Thursday now! #YaGunnersYa #M1Ö #COYG @premierleague @Arsenal.”
Arsenal will tackle Napoli in the UEFA Europa League quarter-final second leg tie on Thursday night in their next fixture.
The Gunners head to the game after defeating the Italian club 2-0 in the first leg encounter last week Thursday at the Emirates Stadium.
