Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, is keen to see Mesut Ozil leave Arsenal in order to free up transfer resources in January, the Daily Mail reports.
Ozil has fallen out of favour this season under Emery and was left out of the Gunners’ squad for Saturday’s loss to West Ham.
And it is understood that the manager has lost faith in his playmaker and wants him out before the end of the month.
Ozil is currently the highest earner at the The Emirates.
The 30-year-old only last year, signed an extension until 2021 believed to be worth up to £350,000-a-week.
That figure was a dramatic increase on his previous £140,000-a-week wage.
