Manchester United caretaker manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has told the club’s executive chairman, Ed Woodward, to sign Leicester and England centre-back, Harry Maguire, this summer.

This is coming after Solskjaer, on Thursday, handed Ed Woodward the list of players that should leave Manchester United this summer.

Daily Star reports that Solskjaer wants Ed Woodward to sign the England World Cup hero so as to strengthen United’s defence next season.

Maguire has been on United’s radar for some time, with former Red Devils boss, Jose Mourinho, keen on landing him last summer.

Maguire’s current contract with Leicester City will expire in 2023.
