Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has identified two of the biggest challenges facing his squad this season.
Solskjaer believes the mental and physical intensity of the next two months (September and October) will provide a huge challenge for his side in this campaign.
The Norwegian stated this ahead of Man United’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace on Saturday evening.
“Yeah, we’ll get to September, October, we’ll get loads of games and everyone will be involved,” Solskjaer told Man United App.
“Now is a difficult period both mentally and maybe physically for them because they need to train harder but then when we get these couple of games (behind closed doors — United recently faced Blackburn and Sheffield United), we know they’re sharp and of course they want to prove, they want to be on the pitch at Old Trafford.
“It’s a good substitute, for them to have a game here.”
