Jean Michael Seri’s agent, Franklin Mala has spoken concerning his client’s future as Arsenal and Chelsea battle to sign the 26-year-old.
Seri has been heavily linked with a £35million transfer to the English sides, but a deal for the midfielder has not been completed yet.
The Ivory coast international has developed into one of Nice’s stand-out players since signing from Portuguese side, Pacos de Ferreira in 2015.
Seri performances in Ligue 1 have caught the attention of a number of European clubs and London rivals, the Gunners and the Blues are both keen to secure his signature this summer.
However, Mala admitted that the possibility of Seri moving to England is very high.
“It’s true that there are possibilities in England, so we’ll see,” Mala told Sport Witness.
“But [new Napoli manager] Carlo Ancelotti has a strong image and is very respected by the players he’s managed, which can be a decisive factor for Seri.
“Basically, he works via his emotions. He’ll go where he’s most desired, so if you really want him and you’re welcoming.
“Because Napoli play nice football, and over the years they’ve become a bigger club, so he’s going to listen very carefully,” he said.
