Chelsea manager, Maurizio Sarri, on Saturday made record in Chelsea’s 4-1 victory against Cardiff City in the Premier League fixture at Stamford Bridge.
Sol Bamba shocked the Blues with Cardiff’s first away goal of the season, but Eden Hazard’s treble and a late goal by Willian ensured victory for the West London club.
The win means that Sarri became the fourth manager to win his first five Premier League games in the competition history.
The Italian joined an elite club of Carlo Ancelotti (Chelsea), Pep Guardiola (Manchester City) and Craig Shakespeare (Leicester).
Sarri’s men are now currently occupying the number one position on the EPL log with a goal difference of plus 1, just above second placed, Liverpool.
Chelsea will now face West Ham United in their next EPL fixture on Sunday next week.
