EPL: Rio Ferdinand predicts result of Liverpool vs Man United match

Manchester United legend, Rio Ferdinand has tipped manager, Jose Mourinho’s side to win or draw against Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool when both teams clash on Sunday evening in the Premier League fixture at Anfield.

United head to the game following a 2-1 defeat by Valencia on Wednesday in the Champions League fixture, while Liverpool defeated Napoli 1-0.

“I still believe in us. I believe that Mourinho can get us a result. He’s still the type of guy to pull a result out the bag,” Ferdinand was quoted by 101greatgoals as saying.

“Let’s go! C’mmon Man United!”.

Mourinho’s men currently sit in sixth position on the Premier League table with 26 points from 16 games, while Klopp’s side are second place with 42 points from the same number of games.
