Former Tottenham Hotspur star, Jamie Redknapp has disclosed that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool is going to win this season’s Premier League title ahead of Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
Liverpool are currently on top of the Premier League table with 62 points from 25 games while Manchester City are second-place with 59 points from the same number of games.
Redknapp however believes Liverpool will win the English top-flight league title with few points ahead of Man City.
“City are favourites… but I still think Liverpool will win it,” Redknapp told Daily Mail.
“If they do, it will only be by a couple of points.
“If City can win it then why not Tottenham?”
“Their hopes hinge on how quickly Harry Kane and Dele Alli return,” Redknapp added.
Liverpool will tackle Bournemouth in their next Premier League fixture on Saturday, while Manchester City will play Everton in tonight’s Premier League fixture.
