Arsenal midfielder, Mesut Ozil, on Sunday became the fastest player in the Premier League history to reach 50 assists in 141 games, breaking Eric Cantona’s previous record of the same assist in 143 games.
Ozil surpassed Cantona’s assist record when he gave fellow team-mate, Mustafi an assist in the 8-minute, which the center-back converted to give the North London club a first half 1-0 lead against the Hornets.
Arsenal eventually won the game 3-0 against Watford, with goals from Aubameyang (59minutes) and Mkhitaryan (77minutes) to give the Gunners the deserved three points.
The victory moves Arsenal to sixth position on 48 points in the EPL table.
