Former Liverpool and Real Madrid star, Michael Owen has predicted the Premier league clash Manchester United and Wolverhampton wanderers.
Wolves remained unbeaten against United in the three games, beating them in the FA Cup and in the Premier League at home, and drawing 1-1 at Old Trafford in the reverse fixture last season.
Making his predictions ahead of the game, Owen believes it would be difficult for United to beat Wolves, with the best they could hope for being a draw.
“United were excellent in the second half against Chelsea at Old Trafford on Sunday, but they are in for a tough test at Molineux against a Wolves side who were, arguably, unlucky not to take all three points at the King Power Stadium on Sunday,” he told BetVictor.
“Wolves entertain Armenian side Pyunik on Thursday in the Europa League, but they hold a 4-0 lead from the first leg and Nuno Espirito Santo is likely to shuffle his pack ahead of the visit of United.
“It is a game I don’t think the hosts will lose and we will know more about United’s top-four credentials after their trip to the Black Country.”
