Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho has lined up an incredible move for Arsenal midfielder, Mesut Ozil.
The pair worked together at Real Madrid and Mourinho has told to Manchester United that he would like to sign Ozil in January, according to Express.
The German signed a fresh contract with the Gunners at the start of the year and pockets £350,000-a-week.
But there have been reports of a rift between Ozil and new Gunners boss, Unai Emery, who admitted on Friday that he expects more from the 29-year-old.
Express reports that Mourinho was keeping tabs on the player’s situation at Arsenal throughout last season and wants to bring him to Old Trafford.
According to the newspaper, United vice-chairman, Ed Woodward may agree to try to sign Ozil from Arsenal in order to appease Mourinho.
