Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho has insisted that he can turn things around at the club and has decided not to resign, according to The Times.
Mourinho has come under huge pressure in recent weeks after United failed to win in four matches.
Mourinho, however, retains the public backing of the club’s board.
But many within the club believe Mourinho would be sacked if United fail to get a result against Newcastle at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Mourinho is far from happy with the lack of support he’s been given by his players especially and the Times claim he has taken the decision not to step down.
According to the newspaper, the 55-year-old feels he’s under attack from all angles and that the club could do more to combat the onslaught from pundits and ex-players.
