Manchester United midfielder, Nemanja Matic has stated that United have what it takes to finish in the top-four of the Premier League this season.
The Red Devils were 11 points behind Chelsea when Jose Mourinho was sacked in mid-December, but now trail the Blues by just three points.
Just three points separate United, Arsenal and Chelsea but the Red Devils are now the league’s form side with seven wins on the bounce under Solskjaer.
However, Matic is of the view that confidence has been restored at Old Trafford by insisting the club can turn things around.
“In the Premier League, it’s always hard,” Metro UK quoted Matic as saying.
“We will try to give our best to reach the top four until the end of the season.
“The teams in front of us have quality and they will also try to play in the Champions League next season.
“But I’m sure that we have enough qualities to compete with them. We will give our best and we will try to make our supporters happy.”
