Manchester United have warned David De Gea, that they will not offer him improved contract terms, with the current deal on the table their final offer, Sport reports.
The Spanish goalkeeper is out of contract with the Red Devils in 2020 and has yet to sign a new deal.
This has led to De Gea being linked with Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
United are believed to have offered De Gea around £300,000-a-week to renew, but the 28-year-old is holding out of for around 50% more.
Alexis Sanchez is the club’s current highest earner on £450,000-a-week and De Gea feels he is entitled to just as much.
United have firmly put the ball back into De Gea’s court, telling him to either accept the current offer or walk away from the negotiating table.
