Manchester City moved into second place in the Premier League, following a comfortable 3-1 win over Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon.
The champions raced into a two-goal lead, thanks to Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling.
The hosts pulled one back through Liverpool loanee Harry Wilson, but Aguero grabbed a second to secure maximum points for Pep Guardiola’s men.
City now have seven points, two less than leaders Liverpool.
The Reds beat Arsenal 3-1 at Anfield on Saturday, to maintain their perfect start to the campaign.
The Gunners dropped down to third place as a result with six points, with Leicester City in fourth position.
