EPL: Lacazette reveals what he misses about playing in Ligue 1

Arsenal striker, Alexandre Lacazette, has admitted he misses the atmosphere in stadia when he was playing in Ligue 1.

Lacazette who joined the Gunners from Lyon last summer, says there are “spectators” in the Premier League.

“I miss Ligue 1’s atmosphere,” Lacazette told Le Progres.

“In England, the fans are more spectators than supporters.

“There’s a better atmosphere in French stadia.”

Lacazette has shone with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang shifted out wide to accommodate him.

But he was full of praise for his ‘brother’ Aubameyang after both scored in the 5-1 thrashing of Fulham before the international break.

“It is good, he is like my brother,” Lacazette said.

“We talk every day and we love working together. Today in front of the goal we scored two goals each, which is good.”
