Chelsea midfielder, Mateo Kovacic has stated that Liverpool will not win the Premier League title with Dejan Lovren in their team.
Liverpool now sits on the second position of the Premier League table after defeating Fulham 2-0 in their last weekend match.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are two points behind league leaders, Manchester City.
Kovacic, also Croatia national teammate with Lovren, believes the defender will make his side not to win the English topflight league title this term.
According to 24Sata, Kovacic said: “Liverpool will not be English champions. Why? Because they have Dejan Lovren.”
Liverpool will be squaring up to Watford on November 24 in the Premier League fixture.
