Chelsea midfielder, Jorginho has blamed forwards, Eden Hazard, Alvaro Morata and Willian, following their 3-1 defeat by Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley Stadium in the Premier League last weekend.
Dele Alli, Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son scored for Spurs before Olivier Giroud headed in a late consolation for the visitors.
Jorginho questioned the attitude of the trio by blaming them for their lackluster performance against the hosts.
He, however, accused them of not pressuring Spurs defenders.
“Our team was not as compact as it always is,” Jorginho told ESPN.
“The first pressure wasn’t being made, I believe it wasn’t being made. “So the defensive line ended up going down a lot and our team got very stretched.
“From the beginning, when you have City in the competition, it’s already difficult. “But I don’t think we have to look ahead. We have to look at today, now, because there is much to improve, a lot to change.”
Chelsea will now tackle PAOK in their next fixture on Thursday night in the Europa League.
