Chelsea star, Eden Hazard, has warned the club’s board to honour their commitment of allowing him to join Real Madrid this summer, the UK Sun reports.
Hazard wanted to quit Stamford Bridge after the 2018 World Cup, but was persuaded by manager Maurizio Sarri, to stay for one more year.
The club also made it clear that they would not stand in the Belgian’s way, should he decide to pursue a dream move to Real Madrid.
Zinedine Zidane’s return to the Bernabeu has convinced Hazard to join Madrid this summer, but Chelsea are holding out for a fee of around £100million.
It is believed the Premier League outfit have already turned down an opening offer of around £68m and this has annoyed Hazard’s camp.
The player has reportedly reminded Chelsea’s board that they had an agreement and he’s hopeful that the Blues will settle on a reduced fee.
