Manchester City boss, Pep Guardiola has confirmed that playmaker, Kevin De Bruyne, will miss the club’s next four matches.
Guardiola stated this on Tuesday ahead of his Manchester City’s Premier League derby clash with Manchester United on Wednesday at Old Trafford.
De Bruyne sustained a knee injury in the first half of Man City’s clash with Tottenham at The Etihad on Saturday.
When asked how long De Bruyne could be out for Man City, Guardiola was quoted by the club’s official website as saying: “I don’t know.
“It was something muscular, which is normal after injuries and three or four games of a lot of minutes with no preparation.
“Maybe he will miss the four games and the FA Cup Final. I don’t know how big the impact is.
“We will see tomorrow but I think for the next game, he will be out.”
