EPL: Chelsea will win Premier League title on one condition – Jose Mourinho

Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho has said that Chelsea will win the Premier League title this season if forward, Eden Hazard end the campaign as the best player in the league.
Mourinho stated this ahead of his side’s Premier League clash with Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
Hazard is currently the Premier League’s highest goal scorer with six goals. His team are occupying the number one position on the log.
Asked about Chelsea’s impressive start, Mourinho was quoted by Metro UK as saying: “The results speak for themselves. Obviously they are not playing in the Champions League.
“That puts them just in the Premier League, and in the Premier League the results speak for themselves. Very good results, top of the league and of course lots of good players.”
Mourinho added that, “History says that when Eden Hazard is the best player in the Premier League, Chelsea are the champions.
“It happened with me and Antonio and this season if he continues in the same form I believes it can happen. it is still the beginning of course.
“But if he is the best player in the Premier League until now, which he is, Chelsea is top of the league because he is the kind of player who can make a huge difference.”
