EPL: Chelsea send 13th player on loan [Full list]

Chelsea have loaned out their thirteenth player ahead of the forthcoming season.
The club will still send out more players before the summer transfer window closes for business.
The latest was the Dutch Eerste Divisie team SC Telstar announcing the signing of English-American midfielder Kyle Scott on loan.
The 20-year-old made Chelsea debut last season in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup vs Hull City and made the bench for games in the Community Shield, Champions League, Premier League and League Cup.
Scott will begin training with SC Telstar next week if his paperwork is completed.
