Chelsea have finally identified Lille’s Nicolas Pepe as the ideal replacement for forward, Eden Hazard.
Mirror UK reports that the Blues have accepted that Hazard wants to leave Stamford Bridge and have set a new price of £90million to sell the Belgium international to Real Madrid this summer.
Hazard is set to leave Stamford Bridge this summer, after refusing to extend his contract with Chelsea.
The 28-year-old has been on Real Madrid’s radar over the last few months, with Zinedine Zidane a known admirer.
DAILY POST recalls that Real Madrid contacted Chelsea last month over their bid for Hazard as Zidane returned.
The Spanish giants are eyeing Hazard as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who after nine years, left the Santiago Bernabeu for Juventus in an £88million deal last summer.
