Cardiff City boss, Neil Warnock, has said that he wants to sign Chelsea midfielder, Ethan Ampadu on loan during January transfer window.
Warnock disclosed this ahead of his side’s Premier League clash against the Blues on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking on which Chelsea player he wants to sign in next year’s transfer, the 69-year-old said he wants the Stamford Bridge club to loan Ampadu to Cardiff.
“I think they should loan us Ethan Ampadu,” Warnock was quoted by The Sun as saying.
“Like Tammy Abraham, that was out this week. If they could get good players playing in the Premier League, that would benefit their development.
“Managers now, you have such a short time span in your job, you don’t worry about kids. When you can spend £150 million, you’re not going to worry about leaving out kids”.
