EPL: Arsenal striker, Lacazette identifies two areas he needs to improve on

Arsenal striker, Alexandre Lacazette, has identified two areas he needs to improve on ahead of his side’s Premier League fixture against West Ham United at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening.

The 27-year-old said he needs to improve on his strength and decision making.

Lacazette scored 17 goals during his debut season with the Gunners after arriving from Ligue 1 side, Lyon.

The France international’s form wavered last season which made him missed out on a place in Les Bleus’ World Cup-winning squad in the summer.

“I have to be more powerful and be quicker in my decision making,” Lacazette told the Arsenal’s official website.

“It’s harder in England than in France, so I have to take in information quicker and be more powerful.”

“We just need time to adapt to Emery’s football.

“I know we worked hard in pre-season and it will be better now.

“We can also see that when everyone works as a team and we understand what the coach asks us to do, we can be a good team.

“We just need to be more efficient with our chances so that we score more goals. We’ll keep going and we’ll keep working,” he added.
