Juventus coach, Massimiliano Allegri, has dismissed claims he wants the Manchester United job.
Recent reports have claimed Allegri, 51, is keen to be Jose Mourinho’s successor at Old Trafford, with United set to name his long-term replacement at the end of the season.
Following Mourinho’s sacking, club legend Ole Gunnar Solskaer was named as caretaker boss, but United are said to have identified Allegri as a potential target.
Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino has also been the subject of much speculation since Mourinho was axed.
Allegri, speaking ahead of Juventus’ Serie A clash with Sampdoria on Saturday, says he is happy in Turin and focused on his job.
“I still have a year and a half on my contract.
“I’m fine here and we’re doing important things.
“Now we are in December and it’s better to wait. From here to June there are many games,” he said.
