Liverpool have confirmed that goalkeeper, Alisson Becker, will wear jersey number one in the 2019/20 football season.
The Champions League holders also confirmed that midfielder Oxlade-Chamberlain will wear the jersey number 15.
The Reds made the announcement in a post through the club’s official website on Monday.
Becker previously wore number 13 jersey for Jurgen Klopp’s side last campaign while Oxlade-Chamberlain wore number 21.
The statement read: “Alisson Becker and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have today taken their new Liverpool squad numbers.
“Alisson takes command of the No.1 jersey for the 2019-20 season, inheriting it from Loris Karius, who remains on loan with Besiktas.
“Meanwhile, Oxlade-Chamberlain has switched from No.21 to No.15 for the upcoming campaign following Daniel Sturridge’s departure from the club.”
