Enyimba Football Club has re-appointed Paul Aigbogun as Technical Adviser of the club.

Aigbogun, who has had two spells as Chief Coach and Technical Adviser of Enyimba, returns for a third stint in a bid to guide the club to domestic and international success.

His appointment takes effect immediately, after formal contract papers were signed yesterday in a meeting with the club’s management.

Club chairman Felix Anyansi Agwu told EnyimbaFC.net the choice of Paul Aigbogun was an easy one as he shares the club’s passion for success, is familiar with the terrain and will hit the ground running.

“There have been strong speculations concerning our coaching staff, lots of names have been thrown, but Enyimba has never been an organization to conduct our operations on the pages of newspapers or on social media,” Anyansi said.

“We are a very meticulous club that works diligently and quietly to achieve only the best results. We have appointed Coach Paul and have made the announcement now, so too would we make other announcements at the appropriate times.

“I urge our fans to be patient and understanding. We are working very hard, as we always do, to ensure next season is a successful one for all of us.”

Paul Aigbogun and the players will depart Aba on Friday to begin pre-season preparations.
