Eniola Aluko joins Juventus

England striker, Eniola Aluko has completed a move to Italian champions, Juventus.

Aluko, who has 102 caps for the Lionesses, spent the past six years at the English champions, Chelsea.

She also spent two years with the Blues between 2007 and 2009.

The 31-year-old confirmed she would leave the Blues last month, after scoring seven goals in all competitions as they won a domestic double.

“Delighted & honoured to join Juventus FC Women- Italian champions, a club with an overwhelming history, ambition and success.

“So proud to hold the shirt worn by an endless list of legends. I can’t wait to get started!! # ForzaJuve” Aluko tweeted on Wednesday.

Juventus only formed their women’s senior team last year, but won the Serie A title in their debut season.
