England vs Spain: Ramos sends emotional message to Luke Shaw

Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos has wished Manchester United defender, Luke Shaw a speedy recovery after he suffered a blow to the head during Saturday’s UEFA Nations League match between Spain and England at Wembley.

Shaw was left unconscious after colliding with Spain defender, Dani Carvajal early in the second half.

Physios and paramedics attended to the left-back for more than five minutes before he was carried off the field on a stretcher.

Ramos, however, took to his official Twitter page, @SergioRamos, to wished Shaw a get well soon message.

“Get well soon, @LukeShaw23!,” Ramos tweeted.

However, Shaw tweeted after the match, “Thank you for all the love and support I am doing fine and am in the best hands. I’m a fighter so I will be back soon!”.

The match eventually ended 2-1 in favour of Spain.
