Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr has said that his side will do well against the England national team when they meet at Wembley in a pre-World Cup friendly on June 2, 2018.

Rohr noted that England will find it difficult against the Super Eagles because there are no winter-breaks in the English Premier League.

”It is also a very young team, for me this team can do very well in the World Cup,” Rohr told ExtraTimeSoccerLive.

”The problem with the English team is that the season is so long, in June it is not so easy for them to be at the top level.

”I think they are well prepared, they have some young players who can recover very quickly.

”The game is at Wembley, the temple of football. This is one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world. For us it is a wonderful adventure to go there.”

The Super Eagles drew goalless with England when both nations clashed at the 2002 World Cup.
