Turkish giants Fenerbahce have confirmed that they have agreed a deal for Nigerian striker, Emmanuel Emenike.
“Fenerbahçe have reached an agreement with Spartak Moscow over the transfer of Emmanuel Emenike for €13-million. Emenike has until 12 August 2013 to pass his medical,” a statement they released on the Istanbul Stock Exchange said.
It will be Emenike’s second spell at the club, after he left without playing a single game for Russia.
His return however means that the Yellow Canaries have to offload one foreign player to accomodate him, as only 10 foreign players are permitted by the Turkish Football Federation.
There are currently 11 non-Turkish players on Fener’s books, including Joseph Yobo.
