Emmanuel Emenike scored twice, as Fenerbahce defeated Gaziantepspor 3-1 in a Turkish Super Lig on Friday.
The Super Eagles striker continued his fine run of form in front of goal, days after scoring a last-minute winner against Kayseri Erciyespor as a substitute. He was rewarded with a start in Friday’s game and opened the scoring in the 14th minute, before adding his second in the 85th minute.
His first on the night was a header, although he appeared to be marginally offside. He was also involved in the second goal, which Moussa Sow tucked away in the 39th minute.
The victory moves Fenerbahce to 22 points after nine games.
