Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party has defeated President Muhammadu Buhari, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC in FCT, Abuja.
Atiku scored 259,997 while Buhari scored 152,224 votes.
The INEC Collation Officer, while announcing the official results at the national collation center, Abuja, said the number of accredited voters was; 467,784, rejected votes, 27,457, valid votes, 423, 951 while rejected votes were 27,457
