PDP topshots
Factional National Chairmen of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senators Ali Modu Sheriff and Ahmed Makarfi, held a peace meeting in Abuja Thursday evening.
The duo, among other party chieftains, met at the Tarawa State Governor’s Lodge in Abuja, The Eagle Online reports.
Taraba State Governor, Darius Ishaku hosted the parley.
Also in attendance were Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu and some PDP governors, led by the Chairman of the party’s Governors’ Forum and Ondo helmsman, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko.
