Ekiti College of Education resumes, announces payment deadline

The Ekiti State College of Education, Ikere-Ekiti will resume on Jan. 17 for the 2015/2016 academic session, the registrar of the school has said.

This is contained in a statement issued on Monday in Ikere-Ekiti, by the Registrar, Mr Gbenga Ojo.

According to the statement, students are expected to commence registration on Jan. 17, 2016.

He said returning degree students of the college in affiliation with University of Nigeria (UNN) would resume on Jan. 30, 2016.

Ojo added that, the teaching practice orientation programme for part III NCE students would also commenced on Jan. 19, 2016.

He said that any student who fails to register within the stipulated time will forfeit his or her studentship in the college.

The registrar further said that attendance register would be taken at lectures to ensure that students attained the 75 per cent at lectures before they can sit for examination.

He urged parents and guardians to pay their children and wards school fees on or before the resumption date.
