Egypt have released a strong starting XI to tackle Zimbabwe in tonight’s 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, Group A opener at the Cairo International Stadium.
According to Sportmole, the Pharaohs’ coach, Javier Aguirre released a list of eleven players to start against the Warriors.
Egypt head to the match after defeating one of Nigeria’s AFCON Group B opponent, Guinea, 3-1 in their final warm-up friendly match last Sunday.
Below is Egypt’s starting XI against Zimbabwe:
El Shanawy; Elmohamady, Alaa, Hegazi, Ahsraf; Hamed, Elneny; Salah, Warda, Hassan; Mohsen.
The kick-off for the match is 9pm Nigerian time.
