Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa granted bail as Judge adjourns till June 13

Human rights activist and lawyer, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa was on Thursday afternoon granted bail in the sum of N10m and two sureties in like sum, who must have landed properties in Lagos.

Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa was arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Justice Oluremi Omowunmi Oguntoyinbo of the Federal High Court in Lagos, who gave the ruling, adjourned the case to the 13th,14th and 15th of June 2016.

Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa will, however, remain in the custody of EFCC until he perfects the bail conditions.
