Report reaching DAILY POST has it that security operatives attached to the Presidential Villa have denied the BringBackOurGirls coalition group entrance into the Villa.
The group led by the former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekweisili, in a bid to mark the second year of the abduction of the Chibok School girls by Boko Haram sect embarked on a peaceful protest from the Unity Fountain where they marched to the Presidential Villa only to be refused entrance.
Ezekweisili who expressed dismay over the development said, “I informed the President and security operatives and they are in the know of our coming.”
The security operatives cited the large crowd as the reason for denying the group entrance into the villa and the aggrieved members of the group are currently seated under the scorching sun.
The group has, however, refused to leave, thereby barricading the entrance of the villa as they insist on getting audience from the Presidency,
