The Delta State Government has revealed plans to immortalize the late former Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, who died in June.

Deputy Governor, Barrister Kingsley Otuaro, confirmed this while speaking at the funeral mass for the Big Boss, held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Illah.

Otuaro hailed Keshi as a good ambassador of the state and promised that he would be honoured for his selfless contribution to the development of football in Nigeria.

“The government of Delta state is already working out modalities to immortalise our dear skippo because he brought so much excellence into the game of football and we are very proud of him,” Otuaro said.

“As Nigerians, we cannot in a hurry forget the contributions he has made to our nation. He came, saw and conquered. Adieu, the Big Boss.”
