Delta community without ruler for 72 years gets ex-Supreme Court justice as king

Reports reaching DAILY POST say a retired Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Justice Francis Fedode Emomotimi Tabai CON, has emerged the traditional ruler of Tuomo kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

The retired jurist emerged winner of a peaceful election which makes him the new traditional ruler in the kingdom that has been without a king for 72 years.

He polled 16 votes from the Tuomo kingmakers in a ceremony which held at the Esuku Primary School field in Fuokunou Quarters.
