Delta communal crisis: Stray bullets hit secondary school boy in Delta

Reports reaching DAILY POST says a Secondary School Student, Prosper Diri, has been hit by stray bullets in Ogbe-Ijoh community in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta following today’s renewed war between them (Ogbe-Ijoh)and their Aladja neighbour in Udu Local Government Area.
It was learnt that Prosper Diri who is in SS1 lost two if his teeth as a result of the gun shots.
He is currently receiving treatments at a private hospital along Okere-Ugborikoko road in Warri South Local Government Area.
This is coming as hundreds of Ogbe-Ijoh women and children in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State have been allegedly displaced.
The women and children are currently taking refuge at the Ogbe-Ijoh Waterside in Warri South Local Government Area.
As at the time of filing this report, soldiers have been drafted to the warring communities with a view to forestalling any breakdown of law and order.
